In our Governance, Risk & Compliance Center of Excellence (GRC CoE), we work to support, standardise, optimise, and automate workflows within risk management, compliance, audits, and IT security. With the ServiceNow platform and associated advisory and implementation services, we strive to ensure that organisations investing in compliance and security achieve both qualitative and quantitative results, including increased control, compliance, operational robustness, 'audit readiness', 'license to operate', and competitive advantages.

We are experiencing increasing demand for services and ServiceNow solutions within GRC, and we are therefore looking for more colleagues who want to work focused on ServiceNow and specifically solutions and applications within GRC.

The role as a consultant in our GRC CoE

As a consultant in our GRC CoE, you will be involved in various customer projects implementing ServiceNow's GRC applications in close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders from the customers' organisations.

In addition, you will continuously work on your own professional and personal development, also in close collaboration with the team, and you will be assigned a 'buddy' who will help ensure a good balance between customer projects and your own development.

If you recognize yourself in these tasks and several of the points below, you might be our new colleague:

• Experience as a consultant or internal subject matter expert, business analyst, or similar.

• Knowledge of business processes and procedures within the GRC area.

• Knowledge of or certifications in standards and regulations such as ISO, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, AI Act, etc.

• Technical experience with ServiceNow.

• Experience with programming, including JavaScript and web development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) or similar.

As a person, you should be a team player, be able to build relationships with both colleagues and customers, be clear and concise in your communication, focus on active knowledge sharing, have a passion for technology, and be committed to your own professional and personal development.
