As a CO+I EPC Integrated Planner for AI Lease, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. <h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>As an individual contributor you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in datacenter design, procurement, and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. The role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and oversee continuous improvement of detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects.</li><li>Manage cross-functional teams inside and outside Microsoft, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.</li><li>Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.</li><li>Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time.</li><li>Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.</li></ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Deep experience in planning/scheduling utilizing scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)</li><li>Extensive years of experience in design and construction project management.</li><li>Extensive years of experience in planning medium sized capital projects ($50MM - $200MM+) in construction, oil, gas or chemicals (or related process industry).</li><li>Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.</li><li>Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in project planning software, such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project</li><li>Strong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology</li><li>Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Datacenter design and construction.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Primavera P6 and other schedule health analysis tools</li><li>Strong experience with Risk Schedule Analysis</li><li>Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience.</li></ul><p><span>Microsoft is
