You’ll need:

• 1+ year(s) working with children

• Minimum of 48 college credit hours
• Classroom experience may compensate for education requirement, but please include experience on your resume
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Works collaboratively and is open to observation and critical feedback.
