Your challenges

• Preparation of monthly close for various companies as needed (journal entries, reporting, etc.).

• Assistance with yearend audit process including preparation of audit schedules, fielding questions from auditors, assistance with obtaining necessary documentation to support audit workpapers.

• Preparation of analysis to allocate shared expenses to multiple companies and cost centers.

• Assist with preparation of sales tax returns and assistance with sales tax audit for select companies.

• Preparation of monthly sales tax returns of all US & Canada jurisdictions, including gathering of documents and reports, investigating issues & differences, and coordinating with tax manager registrations to ensure compliance and minimize audit risk

• Gather documents and reports for calculation of use tax in all jurisdictions

• Assist with the analysis and monitoring of auto leases

• Assist in other project/duties as necessary

Your expertise

• Associate Degree A.A, college or university; and three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
