Accounts Receivable Associate

BERCO is a busy and growing beverage and food equipment service company looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to invoice customers and to perform other administrative tasks. Looking for someone reliable, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and overall committed to being a part of the team. Pay rate is $19-21. This position is in office at location 1020 NE Pine Island Road, Unit #201 Cape Coral, FL 33909.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

• Printing and pricing invoices daily.
• Submitting invoices to customers in portals or via email, and in QuickBooks.
• Processing warranty claims.
• Inventory management tasks (computer-based).
• Answering phones.
• Other miscellaneous tasks.

• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously needed.
• Strong follow-through skills and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and mathematical skills.
• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• Education: High School graduate, or GED required. 
• Experience: 1 or more years of administrative experience.

 

 

BERCO, a Helios company, compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $19.00 per hour in our lowest geographic market up to $21.00 per hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
