Chief of Staff

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Chief of Staff to support our CEO and executive leadership team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for optimizing internal operations, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration, and acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. A great candidate will have a background inclusive of a previous analytical role such as consulting experience, deep project management experience, and be a proactive team player. An MBA is not required but a plus.
You will be pivotal in helping execute Ellevation’s strategic goals. Acting as a glue between departments, this role will support strategic projects and initiatives such as tracking progress towards 2025 company goals, communications and supporting cross-functional go-to-market efforts around pricing. You will ultimately help realize the vision of the Leadership Team. 
Executive Support:- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on key decisions, initiatives, and daily operations.Facilitate effective decision-making by managing the flow of information to and from the executive office.- If needed, can represent the LT in meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and gathering insights.
Strategic Planning & Execution:- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop, communicate, and track company strategy, goals, and priorities.- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring progress on high-impact projects.- Assist in creating long-term business strategies and performance metrics to measure success.
Operations Management:- Partner with department heads to ensure organizational cohesion and efficiency in all functions (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.).- - Provide oversight on operational improvements and introduce best practices for company growth.
Project Management:- Drive special projects as assigned by the CEO, from conceptualization to execution.- Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results.- Serve as a point of contact and coordination hub for various business units involved in strategic projects.
Communications & Reporting:- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring key data and insights are communicated effectively.- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff, providing leadership updates and ensuring feedback loops are active.- Lead communication efforts around important company announcements and changes.

Within 1 Month, you will:

• Onboard and learn about Ellevation, and the work we do to improve outcomes for MLL’s. 
• Meet and build relationships with the current Ellevation leadership team and other Ellevation directors. 
• Gain an understanding of our products, their value, and the market.
• Become familiar with our business systems and tools.

Within 3 Months, you will:

• Go on a listening tour throughout the company to get a better understanding of teams, their needs, and culture 
• Coordinate and organize the leadership team meeting agendas and next steps  
• Develop a system for tracking progress to company priorities 
• Begin to support key strategic projects (topics such as pricing analysis, market share view, long-term planning, etc) 

Within 6 months, you will:

• Evaluate how the leadership team cascades information throughout the company and provide a recommendation for improvement 
• Project Manage with the CEO in FY ‘26 strategic planning and budgeting

Within 12 months, you will:

• Create systems to support Ellevation’s success in FY ‘26
