The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $170,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description
The Regional Retail Director leads the development and management of Retail teams and initiatives, driving alignment with corporate strategies and the company’s long-term vision. This role ensures that stores consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role partners cross-functionally with Industrial and Wholesale leadership and teams to execute the overarching North American Wholesale (NAW) business strategy. Additionally, the director collaborates with corporate partners to maintain operational excellence, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate strong dealer relationships.
Essential duties include:
- Own the region revenue growth goals by achieving front door retail and back door wholesale sales targets.
- Defines strategic objectives for assigned territory (east, west, central) in collaboration with cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Partners with Revenue Operations, Retail Creation, and Legal to develop white space, onboard new dealers and strengthen long term dealer and investor relationships
- Owns deployment and implementation of defined in-store experiences, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and local retail regulations.
- Coordinate with Industrial Leadership to support the delivery of Industrial programs across the region.
- Work collaboratively with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product Creation to ensure the right product assortment is in the right stores to fulfill both walk-in and industrial consumer command.
- Partners with Revenue Operations to ensure the required direct-to-consumer programs, products, tools, and systems are deployed effectively to drive appropriate impact, and drive the implementation of these products and tools.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all Region Managers following prescribed sales development and operating policies/procedures to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.
- Ensure stores contribute to the acquisition, satisfaction and retention of customers that result in customer and revenue growth by transformation of culture from customer service to sales
- Work collaboratively with Revenue Operations to identify retail products, tools and systems needed to effectively run the business
- Manage assigned staff: provide clear goals and expectations; ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities; coach; manage performance; develop; salary administration; enforce systems, policies and procedures; recruit, select and onboard new employees.
- Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
