Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will understand the financial services industry and possess a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Senior Analyst will support project & task assignments to assist the Supervision Enablement Team in delivering business results for the Supervision organization. They will regularly exercise excellent business judgment to support high visibility projects. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to support projects and grow in their ability to plan, design, and execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst role will support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives.
Assume responsibility of projects & tasks while advancing skills in execution, project management, and process improvement
Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design
Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds
Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx
Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives
Mentor more junior analysts by providing guidance on technical skills, problem-solving, and potential next steps
Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of experience in financial services industry
Advanced knowledge of Excel & proficiency in Alteryx or similar reporting/workflow building tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Core Competencies:
High attention to detail and excellent business judgment with successful track record for working independently
Resourceful problem solver that is able to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
Desire to learn and grow as well as help others learn and grow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
Preferred:
Knowledge of Supervision, securities licenses a plus (7, 66/63)
Prior experience replacing manual workflows by aggregating data to create automated or more efficient solutions
Pay Range:
