In this role, you’ll support our R&D and engineering teams through testing, prototyping, and documentation that helps bring new products to life. You’ll also partner across departments — from sales to tech services — in a company where relationships and results go hand-in-hand.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and test prototypes

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment

• Support data collection and regulatory documentation

• Engage in cross-training and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience

• A curious, problem-solving mindset

• Solid communication and data analysis skills

• CAD or 3D modeling experience a plus
