Pincho Nation Fredrikstad opened its doors in 2023, and since then, we’ve welcomed many wonderful guests with our small dishes from all corners of the world. We are a fantastic team, and now we’re looking for a skilled leader to guide us toward even greater success.

About the Position:

As Head Chef, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and contribute to continuous improvement and development in the restaurant. You’ll communicate with food developers at our head office, learn, get inspired, and share your knowledge.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that our concept maintains the correct standards and leading the kitchen’s performance. You will be a coach, trainer, and responsible for the kitchen's routines. Recruitment and personnel management will also be part of your role.

Close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager is essential to achieve financial and quality goals.

You will be responsible for inventory flow, hygiene, quality assurance, and monitoring deliveries to ensure they match the orders. Monthly inventory checks and solid knowledge of internal systems, such as the POS system, booking, and the app, as well as ensuring that routines and checklists are in place, are also part of the job.

Your dedication will play an important role in the restaurant’s future. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure excellent service, quality, and hygiene for our guests.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and/or experience as a chef. 
• Is confident in both leadership and kitchen skills.
• Wants to contribute to the development of the Pincho Nation brand.
• Is detail-oriented and structured.
• Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has experience working with a concept-based restaurant (not required).
