INSC Sales Planning and Sales operations Coordinator

About the role

Mission and Main objectives

  • Work within iNSC division of Nissan Europe Sales department that is responsible for the independent importers as a part of the sales operations team.
  • Be responsible for reporting activities for INSC via data collection, compilation and high level analyses for the sales performance.
  • Contribute to the cross-functional activity in the logistic/distribution area.
  • Support INSC Sales Operations Manager on Adhoc cross functional projects and support monthly presentation preparation

Main tasks

  • Weekly & monthly update of sales objectives in collaboration with INSC markets, sales team & NE sales planning.
  • Analyzing, sharing and Publishing NE independent markets performances.
  • Creating & maintaining (Excel/VBA) macros & tools in order to analyze markets’ performances vs sales target.
  • Challenging the logistic team & following up shipment planning to achieve monthly wholesale target & profit objectives.
  • Coordinating between the market managers and the distribution team in order to match production allocations with market sales targets.
  • Consolidating, coordinating & publishing SF, BP reports.
  • Improving sales planning efficiency by proposing optimization processes on regular basis.

  • INSC markets (17 importers) mainly Europe
  • ALE (Alliance logistics Europe)
  • NML Logistic team

Required skills

  • Time management and problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office pack with high level skills in MS Excel (A Knowledge in VBA could be highly appreciated)
  • Tableau BI or equivalent knowledge would be appreciated
  • Forecasting and Planning area skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Adaptability and speed of reaction to daily issues in operational mode
  • Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work on several topics simultaneously and have the mindset to learn
  • Master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent is an added value
  • Mandatory Fluency in English (Oral and written)
  • Fluency in Additional European languages are welcomed

 Experience

  Minimum 2 years of working experience. 

  Automotive / Nissan background is an advantage.

 Education/degrees

  Master’s degree in business or marketing / Engineering degree.
