Registered Nurse (RN) NICU PRN Day Shift

Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse for a PRN (as needed) schedule. 

Schedule: PRN Day Shift; (as needed) with weekend and holiday requirement. 

Loudoun Hospital’s expanded level III NICU, the highest level NICU in Loudoun County, can accommodate up to 24 infants and includes 14 private rooms. We also have two NICU Pods that were designed for infants who need constant observation. Our unit is staffed 24/7 with board certified neonatologists. 

NICU RN Qualifications

• Experience - 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, 1 year of specialty RN experience if required by unit
• Certification - Basic Life Support through AHA
• Licensure - Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

PRN NICU RN Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years or more NICU RN experience
