Location: 4545 Dodge Street, Omaha, NE 68132
Schedule: M-F/ 8am-4pm with 2 late evenings a week
Pay: $22/hr (more depending on experience)

We’re looking for a passionate Community-Based Early Childhood Specialist to assess children's developmental and behavioral needs, support families, and coach educators using the Positive Behavioral Supports/Teaching Pyramid model. This role focuses on promoting young children's social-emotional well-being through collaboration, interventions, resources, and training.

Has a positive and reliable work ethic
Holds experience working with children and families
Can assess developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of children
Is comfortable providing behavioral interventions, training, and coaching for educators and families

QualificationsQualifications
Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? Ideally, you are:
Experienced in social work, counseling, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred)
Skilled in individual and group counseling
A strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points
Experience with the Positive Behavioral Supports/Teaching Pyramid model
Experience providing training or coaching to early childhood educators
