The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Oregon State Hospital (OSH) has a permanent opportunity for an Administrative Specialist 1. The Oregon State Hospital provides patient-centered, psychiatric treatment for adults from throughout the state who need hospital-level care. What you will do!

This AS1 position provides administrative support to the Centralized Staffing Office. This position will maintain and coordinate schedules for the hospital's direct care staff. This position communicates directly with units to schedule staff and answer questions. This position provides support and assistance to the Program Nurse Managers, Nurse Managers, and Director of Nursing for each program.

Shifts and days off will vary. The Oregon State Hospital is a 24/7 Facility with varied working hours which will include weekends and/or holidays.
