TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST FOODSERVICE - ITALY 

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist Foodservice to join the Italian sales company's Marketing and Business Development team.
 

ABOUT YOUR TASKS

• Develop and execute local trade marketing plans according to sales priorities
• Adapt global brand initiatives and product launch plans to create tailored marketing strategies for different trade partners.
• Analyse market insights and performance data to optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix.
• Manage and update pricelists across all relevant platforms (app, PDF, etc.)
• Develop and customize 360 activation marketing materials, including brochures, technical sheets, promotions
• Contribute to the creative development and realization of partners’ showrooms
• Support the dealer network with local trade shows, event, live demonstrations, digital content (social media, website, email marketing)
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to refine strategies and propose new initiatives. 
• Execute product launches communication and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints
• Deliver training programs in collaboration with local sales and marketing teams
• Leverage digital tools and assets to enhance audience engagement and support digital transformation
• Work closely with the Food Europe Business Area to localize toolkits and assets
• Align with the Food Service marketing team, promoting collaboration in a dynamic environment

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication or economic 
• Minimum 3/5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, in an international environment
• Familiar with Salesforce CRM and other digital platform (social platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, CMS wordpress etc)
• Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data; Familiarity with BI tools will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Marketing cloud
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Fluent in Italian and professional English 
• Experience in Hospitality or Construction sector preferred
• Establish credibility and trust, by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customers business and needs
• Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload
• Ability to contribute positively to a remote team
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
