Your key responsibilities
We’ll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.

The Informational Security SME will support business operations planning, documentation and assessment of policies and the associated impacts. Ensure adherence to all relevant government regulations and company policies, including those related to classified information, sensitive materials, and other security standards. The purpose of this support is to ensure that DHS defines business process improvement objectives as part of the project and engages appropriate stakeholders in identifying existing processes, defining As-Is business states, defining To-Be business states, objectives and metrics by which success may be measured. This support requires personnel with previous experience and in-depth knowledge of the ICAM, HSPD-12, and DHS System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), SAFe Agile implementation and demonstrated experience providing advisory and assistance support associated with enterprise level management, knowledge and experience to assist in guiding DHS through meeting program / organizational milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the assessment and documentation of technology impacts; assist in the determination for revisions to policies and procedures to ensure business objectives are met
- Assist in ensuring process improvement objectives are reached
- Identify potential gains in efficiency, security, data integrity, data accuracy, and other areas that may be positively impacted by project implementation namely the Security Reporting Tool
- Work with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
