Overview

Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We are a young studio (been open for a year) and growing. We're looking for a multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We are looking for help nights and weekends.

 

We have made a great name for ourselves in the short time we have been open by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible. We have over 100 - 5 star reviews on Google!

 

Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydraulic tables, music and more.

 

Wages are competitive and you receive a bonus for each membership sale.

Responsibilities

• Check-in / out clients
• Sell memberships
• Convince clients to leave reviews
• Answer phones
• De-escalate customer complaints
• Do laundry, sweep, clean restrooms

Qualifications

• Be upbeat and know how to build quick relationships
• Previous experience in a role where you have interacted with customers
• Be able to engage with rude customers
