The Opportunity
As FP&A Controller, your mission will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis processes and to provide reliable and relevant financial and operational information for decision making.
The Divisional FP&A organization is seeking a professional to give support to the FP&A Controlling team in all the Financial Planning Processes (Forecast/Budget/3YBP). This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization in a high-impact role, with frequent interaction with the finance leadership teams.
What you'll get to do
Responsibilities will include. But not limited to the following:
• Partner with business finance teams to support understanding and timeliness of financial results.
• Prepare all quarterly financial information and analysis to support the Quarter End Earnings release process.
• Division simulations in Anaplan Planning Tool.
• Performing monthly end results analysis (by Geo, by Brand, by Channel and Category).
• Volume / Price / Mix Analysis.
• Gross Margin Analysis by Geo and Brand.
• Ongoing Risk & Opportunities analysis.
• Global Capex and NWC Follow up.
• Division simulations in Anaplan Planning Tool
• Develop a strong working relationship with all the various teams spanning multiple regional business and keep up to date with monthly business reviews to be in sync with current business and industry trends.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• He/She brings a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in controlling and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience manipulating large data sets from various sources, interpreting data trends, and extracting business insights.
• Ability to be an active listener and ask relevant, incisive questions, as well as a confident, independent thinker who communicates an analytical point of view to finance and business partners.
• Proven working experience with reporting tools like ANAPLAN Planning and SAP.
• Assertive, independent, and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, personal organization, and rigor, as well as attention to details are necessary to endorse this mission.
