What You Will Get to Do:

• Lead the overall operations and supply chain function including manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, and facilities
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve best-in-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost (SQDIC)
• Set and manage KPIs for operational performance across multiple manufacturing value streams and supplier relationships
• Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles throughout the organization
• Champion operational excellence initiatives including 6S, standard work, visual management, root cause problem solving, and value stream mapping
• Oversee demand forecasting, sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP), capacity planning, and production scheduling processes to meet customer demand
• Ensure supply chain resilience by strengthening sourcing strategies, supplier development, and risk mitigation planning
• Establish long-term capital and operational budgets; monitor performance and adjust resources and processes accordingly
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and supply chain professionals.
• Align manufacturing and supply chain strategies with product development, engineering, quality, and commercial functions
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
