We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our Access Control product division. This is a unique opportunity to steer the future of a rapidly expanding suite of products that are making significant impacts across a wide range of industries and geographies.

What You'll Do:

• Master the Domain: Immerse yourself in the intricate world of Access Control, becoming the go-to expert driving strategy, roadmap, and flawless execution across key areas that span software and hardware.
• Collaborate to Innovate: Forge strong partnerships with Engineering and Design to spearhead the development of groundbreaking features and products that set new standards in the industry.
• Unlock Customer Insights: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to deeply understand the diverse needs of critical segments such as federal government, healthcare, manufacturing, and K-12 schools. Leverage this knowledge to unearth opportunities to deliver and capture unparalleled value with cutting-edge technology.
• Champion Product Excellence: Ensure product superiority with high quality documentation (PRDs, user flows, memos, and roadmaps) while measuring the impact on vital business metrics to continuously refine our offerings.
• Craft Market Strategies: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to conceive and implement compelling go-to-market plans and messaging that resonate with our target audiences.
• Voice of the Customer: Be the champion for our users, guiding product strategy to fuel growth and cement our market leadership.

Where You'll Work:

• Our vibrant headquarters in San Mateo, California, where collaboration and innovation thrive.

What You Bring:

• 4-8 years of solid experience in product management.
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field. An advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) is a plus but not mandatory.
• A strong and deep technical understanding, with the ability to establish credibility with engineers and customers alike.
• A proactive mindset, ready to delve into data and technology to uncover insights that drive decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams to achieve common goals.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams and engaging with customers effectively.
