About the Role:

We are hiring a project-based Marketing Collateral Designer for a client in the industrial equipment sector. This role involves updating and redesigning marketing materials by converting and rebranding content from existing PDFs into a new brand identity. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely, high-quality outputs aligned with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review marketing materials and product PDFs from a reference company.
  

• Rebrand the content to align with the client’s branding guidelines, including logo, colors, fonts, and messaging.
  

• Convert documents into polished, print- and digital-ready formats.
  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
  

• Deliver all completed assets within the agreed one-month timeline.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design or marketing collateral creation.
  

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
  

• Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  

• Familiarity with working from existing PDF content and updating for a new brand is a plus.
  

• Reliable communication and attention to detail.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with B2B companies or industrial products.
  

• Previous remote/freelance project experience.
  

• Basic copywriting or content adaptation skills.
