About the role

The Senior Specialist in Third Party Operations (TPO) will support the onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third-party suppliers within Supply Chain. In this role, youll help maintain accurate supplier data in Oracle EBS, process business requests, review documentation and insurance requirements, and make sure suppliers are properly established to support procurement activity while meeting internal controls and policy standards. Youll also support Third Party Risk Management processes, audits, and process improvements, working closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and improve both supplier and internal customer experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Facilitate endtoend onboarding of thirdparty suppliers in Oracle EBS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity of supplier records
  • Process and manage business user requests related to supplier setup, updates, maintenance, and changes
  • Review, validate, and retain required supplier documentation
  • Review and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) in accordance with company requirements and risk standards
  • Support compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, and procurement governance standards related to supplier data and transactions
  • Perform quarterly audits and quality control reviews of supplier records and related transactions to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy
  • Partner with Legal and Risk Management on supplier name changes and ownership updates
  • Support and continuously improve Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and supplier onboarding workflows through process enhancements and system improvements
  • Apply Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices to reduce cycle time, increase efficiency, and enhance the supplier and internal customer experience
  • Seek, analyze, and incorporate realtime stakeholder feedback to improve processes and service delivery
  • Maintain strong proficiency in Oracle EBS, KY3P, Vendor SelfService (VSS), and related systems supporting supplier operations
  • Support Vendor SelfService (VSS) processes and supplier engagement initiatives
  • Liaise with Supply Chain managers, buyers, business users, and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding and supplierrelated requests
  • Provide guidance and support to business users on supplier onboarding, procurement, and system processes
  • Ensure supplier onboarding and approval activities are executed with minimal disruption to business operations
  • Be available to support offhour emergency procurement activities, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Support company safety initiativesby adhering to safety policies, procedures, and training requirements, and promoting a safetyfirst mindset

  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Required Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant work experience or
  • Associate's Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience or
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience
  • Microsoft 365, required.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS or similar procurement tool is required
  • Risk management best practices, required.
  • Agile, Scrum, or Rapid Results work practices, required.
  • KY3P or similar third-party risk management tool, required.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Driver's License Required

  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
