Cleared Scientific Research Program Analyst- Hybrid Remote

ICF is seeking a Cleared Scientific Research Program Analyst to coordinate a team of government and academic scientists working on scientific and technical research in computer and network science. You will engage with program stakeholders to collect results and key technical information for publication, coordinate demonstrations and workshops, and help leverage basic research into applied research programs. You will also have the opportunity to participate in technical and scientific discussions with program members to shape the deliverables of the research program.

Here is what you can expect in your first 90 days working with this team:
- In your first 30 days you will gain an understanding of the program research areas, including reading and understanding project plans and notable papers. During this time, you will also learn and orient to the Army environment.
- In your first 60 days you will start sitting in on team meetings and working with stakeholders to learn and gather information about research projects contributing to the overall program
- In your first 90 days you begin planning an information collection system and establishing quality control methods while engaging with research and management leads.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participate in strategic and scientific meetings with program stakeholders
- Create and implement information management and collection techniques for scientific collaborative programs
- Make recommendations to optimize collaborative research process and deliverables
- Validate and implement quality control measures for research output and information collected from research projects
- Ensure all changes in the research program and program outcomes are well documented
- Support and coordinate demonstrations within the research program
- Analyze experimental results and document findings in research reports and a central publishable repository for research artifacts
- Support technical writing for scientific research projects
- Develop and maintain awareness network science and network security state of the art in the context of the Army mission. Read relevant publications, follow academic and commercial developments, be aware of Army doctrine and similar programs within the Army and DoD
What You Must Have:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to receive an interim Secret Clearance in a short time span. Ability to maintain active DoD clearance
- 3 years of experience as a program analyst
What We’d like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree - preferably in computer science or engineering, or equivalent years of work experience
- Relevant professional certifications, e.g., A+, Network+, Cyber Security certifications, program management certifications, e.g., PMP, MPM, PgMP, etc. optional
- Experience supporting or managing scientific research projects, especially collaborative research program
- Understanding of DoD and Army policies, guidance, and best practices useful and desired
