The Challenge

The Senior Manager, Transformation Office is part of the CFO organization, reports into the Director, Corporate Strategy, leading business transformation and execution of company-wide complex and highly cross-functional initiatives.  

The Transformation Office and Corporate Strategy function has been established to drive execution towards measurable outcomes, aligned to OneTrust strategic plan. It is accountable for providing clarity and expertise, defining sequencing and trade-offs, recommending best capital allocation options and providing oversight to the Executive Team across all large cross-functional initiatives at play. 

In the short term, this individual will be focused on running highly cross-functional workstreams including some M&A integrations and other OnePlan programs, setting up the comprehensive project plan and frameworks to guide, manage and effectively track execution across all cross-functional areas to reduce execution risk.  

Your Mission

The Senior Manager, Transformation Office will be in charge of: 

• Ensure clarity over goal, charter and ownership of the program 
• Build the most effective cross-functional execution plan to deliver on the goal, and constantly adjust based on learnings 
• Build relationships across stakeholder groups 
• Lead engagements as the connector and quarterback to track execution 
• Run the operating cadence to ensure execution is on track (kick-off, standups, leadership steercos, executive operational committees…) 
• Ongoing project monitoring, change management, communications and reporting throughout the lifecycle of OnePlan programs, 
• Developing a detailed project plan with clearly defined ownership 
• Building and lead a comprehensive communication and reporting framework, allowing key stakeholders 
• Building a resolution framework to identify, raise and mitigate/resolve issues 
• Setting up the formal governance structure for decision-making and monitoring progress toward executing on those decisions to ensure that issues are properly mitigated 
• Coordinate workstreams with third-parties as privileged point of contact (ensure alignment on engagements, review SOWs, monitor utilization and progress…) 

You Are

• 2-4 years of experience at OneTrust, in solutions engineering, product or customer experience 
• Experience leading to in-depth knowledge of cross-functional operations in SaaS companies 
• Must have: in depth experience with OneTrust processes, teams and knowledge of OneTrust, Convercent and Planetly products and markets 
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with reporting teams, stakeholders, and executives.
