Responsible for providing leadership for highly sensitive projects, monitors performance, skillfully navigates complexity and matrixed reporting relationships, and independently manages and tracks a wide range of data to advance FPI’s priority initiatives. Serves as an advisor and thought partner and proactively represents the executives’ positions in meetings, committees, and in developing integrated functional projects, communication plans, and scorecards to measure the effectiveness of initiatives. Engages and collaborates with diverse leaders and stakeholders to identify, track, and measure project plans against strategic operational initiatives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of high-level project management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an academic medical center
