LIFT TRUCK OPERATOR

SUMMARY

• Under general supervision, Lift Truck Operator (LTO), Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of our products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to sit down and stand-up forklifts, pole, pallet jacks, and radio frequency equipment. 
• 1 year experience (Preferred).
• 1st Shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Under supervision and limited decision-making

• Motivated, Mature, and Professional work attitude.  Must follow dress code and have superior work ethics.
• Lead all components of safety, health, and environmental programs to achieve and maintain zero incidents and injuries.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a close team environment, not only with his/her department but also with any other department.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).  Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources
• Pay attention to details
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Helps other employee to accomplish their daily task - Training
• Promptly report all safety malfunctions on equipment
• Comply with OSHA standards
• Move product to storage areas with proper equipment.
• Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Efficiently stack and safely store the merchandise in the designated area
• This position will require flexible working hours, including overtime, and help cover shifts during vacation and call-offs.
• Assist in keeping work areas in a clean orderly manner.
• Any other duties requested by supervisor.
