AEM Senior Configuration & CDRL Data Manager

Makwa Global is a seasoned federal contractor which has a visionary approach and strategic attention to detail that our customers and employees can depend on.   Makwa Global IT, a subsidiary of Makwa Global is hiring a AEM Senior Configuration & CDRL Data Manager.

  Duties include:

• Maintain responsibility for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) AC/MC-130J Configuration Management (CM) data files for the Integrated Tactical Management System (ITMS) program
• Reviews, analyzes and coordinates the vendor’s AC/MC-130J Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) data deliveries to the ITMS enterprise for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Develops acquisition management system documentation, to include supporting the development of Statements of      Objectives (SOO), Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and CM Plans, etc
• Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and perform configuration audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established processes and standards
• Provide training and guidance on configuration management practices and tools to team members
• Prepare and present configuration status reports and metrics to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, standards, and policies related to configuration management
• Review and analyze CDRL deliverables to ensure compliance with SOO, SOW, PWS and other requirement documentation
• Utilizes JIRA and other repository sites to manage CM / CDRL deliveries and reviews
• Provides CM, Requirements analysis, Risk Management, and other support services to the Program Executive Officer – Fixed Wing (PEO-FW)

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience with DoD aerospace aircraft, specifically the AC/MC-130J or other C-130 series aircraft
• Previous experience with aerospace flight test operations
• Previous experience as a project manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of configuration management principles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite software  
• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' experience in an Aerospace field and/or relevant to functional area; or a Master's degree and 3-5 years' in an Aerospace field in respective technical / professional discipline being performed.  At least (3) years of experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.
• Must be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
