Job Duties:
In this role, you will:- Plans and directs the care delivery of all residents on a unit.
- Makes rounds to assess residents, employees, and the physical plant of the assigned unit.
- Supervises, reviews, and evaluates the performance of subordinate staff in the delivery of resident care.
- Investigates, documents, and reports with a suggested plan of action, complaints, and unusual occurrences to the Nursing Director.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or WAE
Career Progression: This position may be filled as RN Supervisor A and is not in a Career Progression.
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8 or 12-hour shifts, which may include DAY OR NIGHT, or WEEKEND shifts.
Compensation: This position has a base Salary Rate starting from $33.91/hr, depending on qualifications, and is eligible for premium pay of $4.00 per hour worked and a $2.00 per hour shift differential on nights/weekends/holidays.
