Senior Recruiter- Physical Retail

You’ll be working as part of a well-supported, Talent Acquisition team who are dedicated to building a world-class recruiting experience for candidates. We want to inspire our guests to find their “just right” solutions. As we grow in our customer offerings, it will open even more career-growth opportunities - this is just the beginning!

If you are comfortable using data to inform decisions & strategy, have experience in specialty retail, feel comfortable managing stakeholders with high expectations, and are well versed in owning the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail front line and leadership hiring we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do 

• Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, and employee referrals

• Manage strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders

• Create a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles in our Talent department

• Closing offers with passive and non-passive candidates

• Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format

• Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns, own reporting relationships with senior leaders

• Think big picture and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements and efficiencies

• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the talent acquisition process

What You’ll Need 

• 3+ years Full Lifecycle Recruitment experience in the retail industry required

• Experience with new site/store  launches preferred 

• Full life-cycle experience in a fast-paced environment recruiting for growing organizations

• Proven success with creating and implementing unique sourcing strategies. In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources

• Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment.

• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to operate cross-functionally and collaborative in a culture of continuous improvement  

• Constantly be looking to learn, develop, and grow in your career

• Ability to adapt quickly and make recommendations for changes to process or recruiting targets
