Then join our team in Suffield CT, as a Maintenance Leader where you will support our operations focus will be to determine, evaluate, and manage reliability of machine components, machines, and processes in a manufacturing setting . 

Responsibilities

· Work with Manufacturing engineering and maintenance team.

· Support production and other aspects of the plant as needed.

· Update engineering and maintenance team on ongoing and current activities.

· Plan reliability and maintenance activities.

· Look for opportunities to improve reliability of machines, and processes.

· Create and write procedures, processes, and instructions.

· Lead projects and project/process implementations.

Requirements

1. Mechanical and/or Reliability Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent.

2. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

3. Prior Reliability and manufacturing/production background and experience.

4. Needs to be computer literate on basic computer programs (Word and Excel).

5. Has knowledge of APQP and measurement systems.

6. Data analytic skills.

7. Familiarity with six sigma methodology.

8. Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

9. Able to use and follow relevant engineering and reliability processes
