Your Role and Responsibilities
– Focus Service management expertise as Servicemanager / Teamlead

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– ITIL v3 Foundation certification for support
– Comprehensive expertise in operating SAP MDM
-knowledge of/experience with Integrated Product and Process Engineering (iPPE) + APO
– Proficiency with specific business processes such as order acceptance, scheduling, color coding, naming conventions, logistics control, product enrichment, development bill of materials, and production bill of materials

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

– Understanding of the project service management processes and tools – Detailed knowledge about supply processes of the project’s businesses (e.g., demand calculation, cost center accounting, pre-series production)
– German speaking
