Scope & Impact
As Nurse Manager, you’ll lead high-performing teams in our Same Day Surgery and Post-Acute Care settings. This role oversees departmental operations in smaller hospitals or outpatient areas and supports larger facilities with streamlined team structures. Typically reporting to the Nurse Director, this position is responsible for a single facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program (verified).
  • Current RN license in state of practice.
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • At least two years of clinical experience and prior leadership experience.
  • A passion for exceptional care and a collaborative spirit.
