If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Establishing,&nbsp;steering&nbsp;and refining the Lean culture of Scout as well as a unified production system in all departments for the scout motors production site and its management&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Building,&nbsp;Steering&nbsp;and developing a digital shopfloor management together with the implementation of all necessary lean methods for a productive work environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordination of measures to increase productivity&nbsp;on the basis of&nbsp;relevant KPIs through developing an overall plant productivity reporting system</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Defining and&nbsp;establishing&nbsp;processes and optimization concepts for
