Summary of Job Duties:

The Administrative Specialist III is responsible for coordinating office activities as well as researching and preparing special reports. This position is the Director of First Impressions: greet visitors, community stakeholders, and event attendees; answer station phone and manage messages for staff; and Event Coordinator for Felton Auditorium: schedule events, setup and take down of room. This position is the timekeeper for all CTST employees in Workday. They will receive on invoices currently paid on blanket POs in Workday; check, process, and distribute postal mail daily; complete monthly fleet vehicle reports and report maintenance as performed; scan and store PCard receipts for CTST staff to shared BOX folder with Regional Accountant; and assist with monthly invoice payment reconciliation from Workday reports. The position maintains weather data both manually and digitally daily, communicating the weather data with stakeholders monthly. This person will maintain office and other supply inventories: ordering as needed, They will be expected to perform limited HR work to assist Regional Accountant. Other duties as assigned by resident director and regional accountant.


Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus two years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed.
