WHO YOU ARE

You are a production engineer at heart. You don't just build things — you keep them running.

You have lived inside cloud environments long enough to know that reliability isn't a feature; it's a discipline. You've been the person on the call when something breaks at the wrong time, and you've come out the other side with a better system and a post-mortem that actually sticks. You take pride in the unglamorous work: the tuning, the hardening, the automation that replaces the alert that woke you up at 2 a.m.

You're not a theorist. You've managed databases under pressure, recovered from what looked like catastrophic failures, and written infrastructure code that other engineers trusted enough to build on. Security isn't a checkbox for you — it's part of how you think about everything you build.

And you use AI. Not to write your resume. To do the actual work — scripting, incident analysis, log review, automation. You have real stories about what you've built with these tools, including the times you had to fix what the AI got wrong. That balance between adoption and judgment is exactly what we're looking for.

THE ROLE

We need a Lead DevSecOps Engineer who will help own production operations, infrastructure reliability, deployment pipelines, platform security, and monitoring for our SaaS platform. This is not a management role. You will be in the systems every day — building automation, tuning databases, hardening security, responding to incidents, and making sure our platform stays available, performant, and secure for thousands of customers.

You will work closely with our senior architects and engineering teams across multiple squads. You will collaborate with our IT and security functions to maintain our compliance posture. This is an on-call role, and infrequent production incidents m
