Customer Success Partner Go-to-Market Business Development Director

Oracle is hiring a Business Development Director! As part of our Customer Success Services (CSS) Partner Go-to-Market team, your job will be to help our partners be successful, build their business and achieve the best outcomes for our customers. You will recruit strategic partners to get them to adopt our embedded services model. You will build out joint, full life cycle offerings with our partners and then work with those partners and engage with clients to execute the offerings.

Core responsibility:
- Engage with Oracle Partners and SaaS implementers to build joint, embedded ‘go-to-market’ plans that help drive optimal customer outcomes.
- Identify joint partner led opportunities and engage with customers and partners to sell joint, embedded service offerings.
You will be able to:
- Understand Oracle SAAS and Cloud offerings and how they enable customer value.
- Understand the Oracle partner landscape for both SAAS and other Cloud technologies.
- Navigate how to execute across Oracle business units.
- Work alongside our sales, consulting, partner, A&C teams.
- Be able to present our joint GTM Services offerings to both partners and customers.
Essential Skills and experience:
- An understanding of the partner landscape in North America.
- Demonstrated history in consulting and/or at Oracle in a sales, consulting or A&C capacity.
- Highly developed presentation and public speaking ability.
- Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Minimum 5 years of partner, enterprise sales or consulting experience within the IT industry. Previous experience in a partner organisation or SI preferred.

US: Hiring Range: from $141,800 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
