Your Role:
As a Global HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of ARLANXEO's transformation journey. Your responsibilities extend beyond being a Business Partner for Senior Management; you'll be a key player in driving change management, organizational development, and people development initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a transformation manager for global projects, contributing to change management, organizational development, and people development.
• Support functional organizations on a global scale, with a focus on areas like Sales, Manufacturing, and HSSEQ.
• Collaborate with international teams, with a primary focus on the Netherlands and Germany while actively engaging in initiatives across other countries.

 

Work Locations:
The position can be based either in the Geleen or the Cologne area, both boasting attractive offices in bright and modern buildings. We offer a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work partly from home and partly from our inspiring office spaces.

Who You Are:
We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and an agile approach. If you are a decision-maker with a strategic yet pragmatic outlook, comfortable in ambiguous situations, and experienced in complex transformations, we want to hear from you.

• Several years of experience as an HR business partner in an international matrixed environment.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and focused on long-term goals.
• Experience in complex transformations, especially in a manufacturing environment.
• Interaction with works councils and unions.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus.
