About Our Family
We are an active family of five living in Larkspur with three young children (ages 5 & twin 2 1/2 yrs). Our household is lively and full of energy, with a mom who works from home and a dad who travels frequently for work. With three little ones transitioning into school routines this fall, we are in an exciting and busy season of life.
We love being outdoors together, whether that is swimming in our pool, hiking through nature, or fishing on a quiet morning. Being connected to nature is an important part of our family life. We host family and friends often, and our home tends to have a rotating door of people we love. We value experiences, adventure and creating meaningful memories together.
We thrive when our home runs smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who can step in and help us create a calmer, more grounded pace to our days, so that the time we have with our children is intentional and fully present.
Our ideal household feels organized, peaceful, and well-stocked. Meals are an important part of our home life, and we love creating a home that feels warm and ready for guests at any time. Whether we’re hosting friends for dinner, welcoming out-of-town family, or gathering for a casual weekend get-together, we enjoy having a space that feels cared for and host-ready.
The right person will appreciate the satisfaction that comes from maintaining a well run household, serve as a collaborative partner, and enjoy taking pride in the details to help us to create an environment that supports our family’s well-being.
Who You Are / What We Are Looking For
You are calm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent. You have a natural ability to read a room and be discreet in a private home environment. You are a strong, healthy cook who genuinely enjoys preparing nourishing food and prioritizes nutritious meals centered around protein, vegetables and whole ingredients. You are tidy and organized by nature, and you take pride in maintaining a home that feels reset and ready. With children, you’re warm and engaging, and you know how to build genuine connections while making daily routines creative and fun. The ability to gamify the little moments, and take real ownership of their needs while under your supervision is highly valued.
You are comfortable in a home that hosts frequently, adapt well to a changing environment, and bring a steady, peaceful presence to a busy household. You thrive in dynamic settings, can shift priorities when needed, and remain calm and organized throughout the day.
