We partner with 1400+ programmers, artists, and designers, from freelancers to small studios, all over the world, and not only match them to project opportunities but manage the production from A-Z.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a passionate and highly organized <strong>Marketing Project Manager </strong>to drive our marketing initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p>Hiring Worldwide- 100% remote! </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Gather requirements from various departments and translate them into concise briefs and technical assignments (TAs) for the marketing team, including video-makers, designers, and copywriters.</p><p>2. Create detailed TAs to ensure that the marketing team understands and meets the expectations of project stakeholders.</p><p>3. Oversee video, design, and copywriting tasks, ensuring they align with project goals.</p><p>4. Develop comprehensive roadmaps for video-related and SMM-tasks and monitor progress throughout the project.</p><p>5. Help with creating promotional plans for each video and delegate tasks to team members for successful execution.</p><p>6. Manage and communicate with freelancers, assisting in sourcing references, ideas, and text when needed.</p><p>7. Scheduling and managing social media content to ensure on-time releases. (!!!)</p><p>8. Maintain clear communication with team members for seamless project coordination.</p><p>9. Offer feedback and pre-approval for deliverables, ensuring they meet project requirements.</p><p>10. Implement controls to ensure the quality and timely delivery of marketing-related tasks.</p><p>11. Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines to keep the marketing team on track.</p><p>12. Be the go-to person for establishing and managing efficient Jira processes for the team.</p><p>13. Plan team capacity and closely monitor task progress, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.</p><p>14. Take responsibility for the marketing team's overall efficiency, managing tasks effectively and creatively.</p><p>15. Utilize Jira for task management and oversee marketing sprints.</p><p>16. Create financial tickets to track project expenses and ensure accurate financial management.</p><p>17. Monitor the logging of work hours by freelancers to ensure transparency and accountability.</p><p>18. Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on all marketing-related materials to maintain high standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
