The Lead Marketing Manager, Events reports into the Sr. Manager of Events and is part of the Spring Health Demand Generation team. This person will execute everything from large, tentpole tradeshows to small executive experience programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key part in building a center of excellence for a hyper growth startup. This is a highly operational role that requires you to be thorough, great organizational and people skills – while also bringing creativity and strategy to the role. You will not only need to effectively manage the execution of identified deliverables for each event but also manage overall team processes that help propel Spring Health events forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting and executing strategies for diverse events, from high-profile tradeshows to intimate executive programs.
- Championing fresh ideas and best practices in a fast-paced environment, setting clear objectives to propel event deliverables to success.
- Project managing participation, sponsorship processes, logistics, staffing, and creative development for third-party events.
- Collaborating closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager of Events to establish frameworks and processes that elevate our event management capabilities.
- Contributing to the creative development and execution of Spring Health-owned events, infusing them with energy and innovation.
- Managing event support elements such as event roadmaps, request portals, and swag stores to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively tracking event budgets, measuring impact, analyzing results, and evolving strategies for enhanced efficacy.
- Cultivating strong vendor relationships and serving as a reliable point of contact for event speakers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

- Proficiency in leveraging marketing tactics and digital tools: From HubSpot to Salesforce, you’re adept at utilizing technology to amplify event impact.

- Results-oriented mindset: You’re driven by data and continuously seek opportunities for optimization throughout the event lifecycle.

- Subject Matter Expert: Understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus
The target salary range for this position is $127,400 - $165,700, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
