Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with Parts vendors to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special-order part request for customers and service personnel
• Communicate with customer on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver's license
• Candidates must be 18
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience preferred but not necessary
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a part of a team
