At Virtual Identity, we explore everyday problems with passion and solve them digitally – making them not only fun but above all useful. </p> <h2 id="what-you-will-do">What you will do:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Enable excellence:</strong> Support over 200 employees to work seamlessly in a remote-first environment with cutting-edge tools and infrastructure</li> <li><strong>Drive innovation:</strong> Identify new digitalization and automation opportunities that make our colleagues' daily work easier and more efficient</li> <li><strong>Protect what matters:</strong> Keep a vigilant eye on security threats and safeguard our data and our clients' data with a comprehensive security strategy</li> <li><strong>Build partnerships:</strong> Coordinate collaboration with IT service partners while strengthening our colleagues' self-service capabilities</li> <li><strong>Shape culture:</strong> Create and nurture the VI culture, sharing your knowledge and experience as an active part of our community</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>What we expect:</p> <ul> <li>Profound expertise in IT, infrastructure, networking and security topics</li> <li>Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment administration (Entra, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)</li> <li>Experience with endpoint management and hardening solutions (Kandji, Intune) for secure device lifecycle management</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Cloud/SaaS services and modern IT architectures</li> <li>Deep knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Zapier, n8n) to streamline business processes</li> <li>Knowledge of AI tools and agentic AI systems to enhance productivity and drive intelligent automation</li> <li>Comprehensive and strategic understanding of the IT tool landscape and emerging technologies</li> <li>Experience with certification processes (ISO 27001, SOC2) and continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>First experience as a leader with strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and team management expertise</li> <li>Being fluent in English is a must-have and German-speaking skills are a plus.<br/><strong>Contact</strong><br/>Jessica Greth</li> </ul>
