Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world – helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.</p><p><strong>Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Sr. Financial Analyst – Value-Added Services (Advisory, Sales and Commercial Operations)</p><p>Visa is looking for a very strong and highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Value-Added Services (VAS) Finance team. This Senior Financial Analyst will drive analytics to enable business decision-making while partnering closely with business leaders in the VAS organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will drive the long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the business and provide actionable monthly reports, analysis, and recommendations. The position involves delivering important insights to senior finance leaders and executive management and requires strong influencing skills. The Senior Financial Analyst will also work with other team members to deliver top-notch business partnership. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience collaborating across functions in a global, matrixed organization.</p><p>Essential Functions</p><ul><li>Lead key financial activities for the VAS business, including annual financial planning, quarterly outlook and business reviews, multi-year plan, month-end reporting and analytics.</li><li>Provide meaningful analysis, performance diagnostics and recommendations on key revenue and expense growth drivers, while assessing financial risks and opportunities for the business.</li><li>Partner closely with cross-regional and cross-functional Finance leads to understand revenue drivers and elevate the level of analysis around revenue and related costs.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationship with a broad base of stakeholders in the business and finance organizations and serve as a key point of contact for financial planning concerns.</li><li>Ensure integrity and accuracy in monthly financial reporting.</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline and optimize the existing financial processes and models.</li><li>While financial analysis will clearly be an important element of the role, the emphasis is on applying overall analytical skills and experience to become a highly valued business partner.</li></ul><p>This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3>Basic Qualifications<br/>• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 or more years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)<br/>• Superior analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze financial data<br/>• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling (Microsoft Excel) and building presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint) are required<br/>• Highly detail oriented with the ability to convert complex analysis into insightful business commentary<br/>• Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively with management to influence outcomes<br/>• Operates with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently using strong business judgement<br/>• Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities<br/>• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a partner with business leaders in global and regional functions<br/>• Ability to make decisions with limited guidance, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management, while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the organization<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications<br/
