COMPENSATION:
ALC II:
- Hourly: Starting at $23.53 - $29.40 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $48,921 - $61,152.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $60,921 ($48,921 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $79,152 ($61,152 base + $18,000 bonus)
