Please note, this position requires to be in the Lehi, Utah office twice a week.
Duties:
- Lead agile teams to successfully create and test software deliverables within a committed timeline
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (such as daily standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming and planning sessions) to support the creation of software deliverables
- Model, mentor, and coach agile best practices to improve productivity and ensure operational excellence
- Coordinate dependencies across organizational boundaries to fulfill completion of software deliverables
- Guide agile teams through a SDLC
- Ensure project work adheres to established standards and project governance requirements
- Work with a Product Manager and other stakeholders to clarify project scope and priority
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Report and communicate the progress of agile teams to stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to manage project scope and maintain elevated project quality
- Remove roadblocks from the agile team to facilitate rapid delivery
- Clearly identify, document, communicate and mitigate risks to project success
Qualifications
- Must be located within commuting distance to the Lehi, UT office for a hybrid schedule
- BA/BS in business or technical field or equivalent work-related experience and training
- 2+ years relevant project management experience. Experience in an agile software development environment is highly preferred.
- An agile project management certification (such as SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)) is desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, common diagramming tools (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio), and project/issue management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Understanding of project management and development lifecycles
- Ability to manage integration, scope, schedule, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and stakeholders as it relates to projects
