This position serves as the ERP Manager of Human Capital Management for DoIT. In this role, you will manage the Human Capital Management (HCM) for the ERP program which includes Human Resources (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Onboarding, Compensation & Recruitment Management) and Talent Management (Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Learning Management). In addition, you will collect and analyze project progress reports and status data to ensure project is adhering to the functional design objectives. This position also serves as a spokesperson on matters associated with the ERP/HCM Program and serves as a supervisor over highly technical positions.
