You’ll be directly responsible for decisions that influence the product and the roadmap, so we are looking for someone with a passion for making complex systems easy to use. You’ll be involved in every step of the process - defining the product, collaborating with Product Managers, Content Designers, Engineering Leads, and Researchers, prototyping and scaling a product that is used every day by millions of patients. You’ll be working on the Customers Area, helping doctors and clinics provide better care to their patients by improving and shaping the future of our Saas tools and doctor’s mobile application. And, on top of that, you’ll be part of a Product Design Team with more than 20 Product Designers and Content Designers, ready to provide feedback to your ideas, support your growth, and build a great design environment together. </p><p><strong>How would you be impacting our mission?</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of design solutions.</p></li><li><p>Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to drive product excellence and innovation.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth within the organization.</p></li><li><p>Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, championing the importance of empathy and user research in the product development process.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the evolution of our products by using and helping improve our design system.</p></li><li><p>Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and industry trends, applying relevant insights to enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge.</p></li><li><p>Act as a thought leader within the design community, representing t
