Job Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking a High School Intern for a position in Lufkin, TX starting in the Fall of 2026. This position will be in the Manufacturing Engineering department.
Duties include:
Ensure compliance with all LM training requirements.
Perform a variety of short to mid-term projects assisting professional engineering staff in the Manufacturing Engineering department, such as 3D design and printing
Data gathering, input and analysis.
Assist in methods improvements activities and process documentation.
Basic Qualifications
Must be 16 years old or older & currently enrolled in high school at the start of the internship in Fall 2026
Ability to obtain facility access, therefore, must be a US citizen

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $33,197 - $53,126. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
