Description
The Schultz Campus for Jewish Life is a community center open to all faiths in the surrounding area. We offer an array of services and programs in recreation/fitness, aquatics, health/wellness and child care. We are looking for a part-time After-School Child Care Staff Member who will enrich the lives of children between the ages of 5 - 12 years old in our ODJFS licensed child care program . This position is from August 27, 2024 - May 30, 2025 with a set schedule of Monday/Wednesday from 2:30pm - 5:30pm on regular school days. Continued employment during the summer for Camp Staff would be available, if interested.
This position will be responsible for assisting with safe arrivals/departures, homework, healthy snacks and supervising structured and unstructured activity time.
Requirements
Our requirements include:
- Must be 20 years old or older
- Background in Early or Middle Childhood Education/Special Education
- Expereince working in childcare/school setting
- OCCRRA credentialed preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred
