Senior Developer

This role oversees both front-end and back-end development, drives best practices across the team, and mentors the Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience leading cross-functional projects, and excellent communication skills—including Spanish proficiency, which is desirable due to our operations in South America.<br/> </p><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></u></p><ul><li><p><b>Project Leadership &amp; Team Mentoring:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and guide the Developer and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Web Application Development:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Building &amp; Testing:</b> Design, develop, and test web applications, covering both the front-end and back-end processes.</p></li><li><p><b>Front-End:</b> Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with mandatory frameworks such as Angular and .NET. Experience with React or Vue.js is a plus.</p></li><li><p><b>Back-End:</b> Develop server-side applications using C# and Node.js; experience with frameworks like ASP.NET Core and Express.js is required.
